"Very helpful and lots of choices."
"Avoid this place unless you enjoy used cars salesmen. They are upcharging their shipping costs to make more money off their customers. Their measurements were also incorrect causing for (surprise) more shipping costs. I was also told that I need additional pieces at a cost of $77 each. Nope. Didn't need them. My flooring is completely installed and there they sit unused. After paying in full for my floor, I was out an additional $300 for more supplies and shipping due to their measurements and an additional $155 in pieces and I did not need (not extra, did not need ANY of this item at all during install) and they don't allow you to return."
"Went into this store for the first time last week. There were 2 people working but my Mom and I didn't get greeted by either one of them and in the 15 minutes we were there, no one even approached us to see if we needed anything. I will not be giving this store my business."
"Doug has been great to work with. We ordered a bunch of special order items and had some issues (some our fault, some theirs) with our order. Doug was very helpful in resolving these. We will certainly be back to order the materials needed to complete our house."
