"Store associates are wonderful and helpful. Good selection and pricing, we bought the Duravana Hybrid flooring as we were told they themselves recommend it over laminate. They had some great colors and the look and feel is very comparable. This was a mistake though as it is not as durable during installation and there ends up being a lot of waste! More has to be purchased in order to finish the job."

"We are replacing LR wood floors that had been damaged over the years by water before we purchased our home. We loved the look of the Gunstock Oak from Bruce and Lumber Liquidators had a great price. They also had multiple choices for underlayment materials and molding. Delivery time to the store was better than expected and pickup was easy."

"I hardly ever write negative reviews, but my experience was pretty bad. First off, the contractor who came out to measure (for free!) did an awesome job. Very thorough, patient with my questions, great with communication, and timely. Everything went downhill from there. I received my quote(s) only after receiving an email from the contractor that LL had received it and I should be hearing from them. LL would not reach out themselves to let me know a quote had been sent. I had to ask them for it every time. Worse than that LL took so much time to get me these quotes that by the time I’d received the final one, the sale was over. The result was plank costs going up almost 25%. A manager was supposed to be in contact to adjust pricing, but I just never heard back after requesting this. Also, the pricing is ridiculous. For a bit over 400sq feet of vinyl plank; they quoted over $7,900. When asked why the price was so high they nonchalantly said that materials had gone up. I let them know 1.5 years ago I got a quote for the same space at a different store, and it was quoted at $3,500. Prices have not more than doubled in that time. Beware of being ripped off by this store."

"Super friendly staff, very helpful. I was able to find the color we wanted. It took about 2 weeks for all the materials and flooring to arrive at the store. What we didn't know was that it wasn't going to be delivery to our house for free. It went to the store first and we had to pay to have it delivered to our house. This wasn't talked about when we were ordering everything which was a little frustrating but it was worth it. SW Contractors did the installation. Also, I was able to return what wasn't used and received a refund. I will go to them again when I replace the flooring in our bathrooms."
