"The selection was not great, and when we received our part, it was non- functional. Wires were ripped out and the key that came with our column didn't even match. The prices were fair, but not after having to drive there and back too many times due to their mistakes. I was refunded finally but no other apologies or offers were made to make up for it. Waste of time for me and I still don't have the right part."
