"I shop Kohl's in Albany, Oregon quite a bit. It's always a good and positive experience. The store is beautiful. Clothing choices for my husband and I are great. "One of the main reasons I shop there is because of the rewards and they have clothes for short people. I can find things that fit perfectly without having to hem them later. Sometimes the displays can be a bit messy. But the deals I find make up for it. The hardest section of the store to find what I need is the shoe section."
"3 days ago I ordered a small jacuzzi. I got a receipt. Everything looked good. Today I got a notification by email that they canceled my order. No explanation why. So I called customer service. She couldn’t tell me the reason either. This is NOT how a customer should be treated. No reason ??????? Bad business. I won’t ever go back to Kohl again. My friends won’t either. And their friends either. Got the message ????? Right after I entered the review. Which was yesterday , I went online with Home Depot. Ordered a pool. They just delivered it today. Within 24 hours I got my order delivered. And I live on the coast. That’s a distance for them. Now I call this costumer service."
"My recent experience at this Kohl's was seemless, I went back to their online pickup area in the back of the store where employee Sean assisted me with picking up my order in a timely manner. I had no idea they used a "self pick up" process, but he took the time to teach me how it works for in the future. I do have a concern that just anyone can take a another customer order instead of their own with the set up. The store was clean and priced with signage, even a clearance area in respective departments. I was surprised though I wasn't greeted on my way in or out of the store. When they had a line when I was shopping, their team quickly added cashiers, great job!"

Many styles /Trends - casuals / formal Shoes casual / formal Many choices in Kitchen accessories Toasters Pressure cookers Toasters Toaster ovens Kuregs Kitchen aids Pots / pans So many options. Jewelry department is very nice.. big sales and a small clearance area in back. Bedding / bath area So much more here. Very clean store, well kept! Right off I5 go check it out!"
