"My 2007 Toyota Camry was idiling high and had decreasing acceleration power so I went to Advanced Auto Parts Store to have them use the check engine reader the guys At Advanced Auto Parts came right out and hooked up to scope to tell me what codes where registering as errors. "Dont waste your time here. Go to Battery Exchange instead!! Unfortunately I had to return to the Albany Advanced Auto Parts three times because after they put a new battery in my car it kept dying and when I returned they would say "nothing is wrong because all of the tests were negative". After 3 times, I listened to the guy who kept towing my car who said to go to Battery Exchange a few minutes away. The man at Battery Exchange immediately looked at the battery and said it looked like they put on my battery with their hands, not even using tools, so of course it wasn't going to hold a charge! Battery Exchange was friendly, efficienct, and actual looked at my car and didn't just rely on computers to tell them what was wrong. Advanced Auto Parts was very sadly the exact opposite."
"I use Advance Auto after going through sale ads and price comparisons. The two gentlemen employees went way far and beyond my expectations, helped me with looking up and retrieving automotive parts for me. I stop at one of these types for auto parts to purchase my oil, air Filter, and oil filter; then take my vehicles into a oil change business. There was just a sale on all terrain/weather floor mats and the employee that was helping me, went to get the floor mats that would fit my SUV; the price ended up being cheaper then the sale price! He also made sure the mats were going to fit. The service was topped off with the two employees helping me to carry my purchases out to my vehicle! Overall great experience every time!"
