"I only gave it one star, because zero stars was not an option. I’ve had nothing but issues with Oregon design shop from the start. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. Promises made, and no promises kept. Was told hats that I wanted were in stock and would be embroidered in two weeks. I paid in full upfront in the hopes that this was true. A month went by with no word from anyone. I called in to get a status update and they did not even know if they had the hats in stock. No one knew anything. They said once they find the hats, then I was quoted another month for embroidery. I canceled my order and asked for a refund and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend Oregon design shop. Very unprofessional top to bottom."
