"A big shout out to Brenda at the Springfield, OR, store. I found the perfect raincoat there late this Saturday afternoon but not in my size. She checked inventory which showed they should have two in my size. In less than five minutes she found my new raincoat in the right size and color. But that wasn’t all. She asked if I received their emails and catalogs. Sure do! She had me check a recent email I hadn’t read yet and there was a 40% off any one item coupon. "Have been wanting to go to this store, today I went I was looking for a certain cap. Beautiful Store, Clean and very well Organized. The Associates dont talk to you or ask you if you need help. Almost like they are straight commissioned associates and if you are not dressed to the hilt or dont look like you have money. They are not going to ask if you need assistance There were more associates than customers so its not like they were too busy to seek you out and ask. I was there for awhile walked the whole store. You could tell I was looking for something Oh well"
