"I have been an Aramark customer for over 20 years. The company has fallen off significantly over the last 10 years. Gettin over billi under contract, shortage of billed linens, managers that don't call you back when you have an issue, and the drivers could care less about you as a customer. I hate to put this review up, because they were a great company for years, with employees that cared, but this is no longer the case."

"Billed repeatedly for services not completed. False "signatures" from drivers to "prove" services. We have been using Aramark for more than 15 years, and the service has really become unsatisfactory in the last 2 years. We have called and do not receive a response, only an email saying our "Issues have been resolved" with no actual communication or resolution."

"At best this company is worth 2 stars and I'm being really generous. Since the company I work for started using their services we have had uniforms not get delivered, uniforms come back dirty or damaged, and replacement uniforms are of worse quality than original uniform. For example I would turn in 5 shirts and 5 pants. I'd get back 3 shirts and 2 pants. Some people I work with would get no shirts or no pants. Took this company almost 2 months to get my coveralls back to me and I didn't even get back my coveralls. I got a very used pair that was damaged and stained. Several times employee's would be missing more then half of their uniforms. This company has bad reviews internationally. There is no quality control of anykind. Avoid. We have tried to get our problems fixed and nothing is changing."
