"I won’t be back to this location due to the lack of customer service. Had several people cut me off in line and the staff and several individuals ignored the situation. I was ready to move on but once I finally made it to the check out they accused me of trying to steal because the items I got were in a $2 marked bin and not individually priced. I ended up paying $25 and was treated like trash."
"I just want to let everyone know about this St. Vinnies. I have been to way too many thrift stores in the area that have absurd prices. I went out thrift store shopping with a budget of $1000 to furnish my family's home. I found some stores that I could only get a living room set for our entire budget. We went to several different St Vinny stores and all of them seemed to be crazy over priced.. then we went to this location. Some of the items seemed over priced but they had enough sensibly priced items and the Manager on duty was awesome for helping us afford all of the things that we needed. The other thrift stores in the area could learn a lot from this store."
"Last time I was here, both an employee and a manager acted disgusted they should have to deal with me. I remember that managers first day. Won't be going back."
"I naively thought that they would honor the price as it appeared on the tag. I was in the Star Attraction part of their clothing and noticed there was a tag for $0.99 so I took up my item to buy it and they claimed that it had not been priced. Many times prior I have asked for a price reduction on an item due to hole or damaged spot and they're consistent reply is always that "we cannot alter the price that is marked." However, apparently they can reclaim the item and change the price when it suits them."
"Big stores with high ceilings. They have rearranged the racks for social distancing. Some stuff cheap, some stuff with high prices. You find that at all the thrift stores. They have a drive up drop off for donated items. Staff has awaits been friendly and greet me coming in. Most of the housewares aisles are neat and kept up. Easy to shop."
