"This company made our cabinets back in 2008. We tried to engage them recently to add more into our dining space. It’s been 3 weeks and the only communication we have had from them since this initial inquiry, is speaking with Andrew a week after we called to have him tell us he hadn’t had time to complete the quote but would call us the following week-which never happened. We called 2 more times and sent a text message with no response. My husband is a general contractor and home inspector who gets many requests for recommendations and would never dream of recommending a company who fails to respond even to say “hey, we’re a month out.” He will definitely be mentioning this company as one NOT to engage. Feels pretty disrespectful of our time and effort."
