"They are selling target dollar spot items for more than they are worth. BE AWARE of the prices ur paying. They are so greedy here"
"I use to enjoy it until there prices got out of control for clothes I feel like there almost the same price as Walmart. So that sucks I hope a place opens that's more affordable for lower class incomes. That's it and that's all."
"Great found a 130 year antique book today. It was old Webster's dictionary. Also someone signed in there name 1890"
"Goodwill has the stuff i love. The prices are reasonable and the selection enormous. Pacific University students find clothes, costumes and dorm furniture here. No wonder it is one of the top 10 hangouts for Pacific University students in Forrest Grove."
"Went in and decided to buy a few things, I was debating on buying one of the items but decided I could always return it. I asked the employee at the register what the return policy was and all she said it that I had 14 days to return it. I decided an hour later to return it and went in and they let me know that I only got store credit which made me mad since I was not told that and am a single working mother. Then the girl at the register was like so “store credit is fine?” Seriously, that’s the only option you give me and your asking that. She did the return then I got out and read the receipt and saw that it said that I only had 30 days to use the store credit and then it expired! I went back in and told her the whole thing is ridiculous and to give me the item back. I can’t believe the dishonesty of these people for not making their customers aware of things, especially when she already knew I was upset and then didn’t tell me the the store credit would expire and in 30 days. She also told me I would have to get back in line to recheck out and I told her everything was their fault and I wasn’t waiting. She did check me out again and now I have something I don’t want but the whole thing is a horrible way to treat your customers. If I would have been told the full truth about the return policy before I purchased, I would have never bought the item. I will never shop here again. Cashier # 40420 is what’s on my receipt if you guys (the company) would like to think about retraining your employee to have better customer service. I also had to waste gas for all of that since I had to drive 20 miles and then not even get my money back."
