"Lori charged my card on 09/12/23 I was short 17 cents. When I tried to pay the 17 cents. She said she had to charge my card again. Well now I had zero because they already used all the money on my card. She refused to give me what I ordered. Acted like I was a lier. Someone paid for me eventually andI asked if she wanted my phone number because she was going to be over, she said no it doesn't matter. Worst service ever. I'm going to get proof for you and il also filing a complaint."

"I will never stop at this store ever again. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The checker Diana told me that my toddler was being loud and she was going to ask him to leave. She also proceeded to tell me that I should learn how to control my child and be a parent. I did not ask for unsolicited parenting advice nor did my child do anything out of the normal other than being two years old. He was sitting in the cart excitedly talking about the new truck he just got. It was a maybe a matter of 15 seconds before I asked my daughter to take him outside because as a mother, I realized my child was getting antsy and excitedly loud about the truck. Her comments could have been kept to herself considering my son was already outside the store at the point she made the comments. She was incredibly rude and should not be in a role where customer service is expected. I can’t help to think what would have happened if my daughter was not with me to be able to take my son out of the store. I am disgusted."
