"He did a fine job shining my husbands shoes. They look good. But I paid when dropping them off instead of picking up which I thought was odd. Then when I came to pick them up on the day and time he told me he didn’t have them ready. So I had to come all the way back the next day. I calculated my mileage and figured he could give me 1 pair of shoes money back. I dropped off 5 pairs of shoes (Spent $85) and that was the least he could do for his mistake. He said no. So needless to say I’m not thrilled and I won’t be returning. He said next time I bring shoes in he’ll shine a pair for free but if you wrong me on my first transaction with you I will not be returning. I know it was an accident but it was unprofessional and disrespectful to disregard my time like that."
