"They have some great sales and good clothes. The shoes are pretty good too. My wife and I have been shopping here since our first was born 4 years ago. I knocked one star off because I wasted, very expensive, gasoline driving all the way here on a day and time they are supposed to be open and there was a sign in the window saying they had to close unexpectedly. My guess based on what's currently going on in the world is that they had zero staff. It's sad that it is so hard to find employees nowadays. In my opinion a manager should've come in and run the place, it is inexcusable to be closed in the middle of the day on a day you are scheduled to be open. I'll be calling in the future to make sure they are actually open before making the drive."

"Staff was a bit short with me, I was just making a return from an online order with one person ahead of me. As soon as the cashier saw me she closed down her register and stated "they will help you soon" and she started folding clothes. Usually I wouldn't mind waiting but this just seemed rude."

"I usually really like shopping here. My sons whole wardrobe is from carters but today was a no go for me. The girl whome I've never seen before, long brown curly hair, no name tag, on the phone, messing with walkie-talkies. Finally acknowledged me after standing there for quite a few to say she'd be right with us, but there was no right with us and I finally had to leave. This was only a 1 time occurrence that i have never encountered before. The girl who i usually see, African-American, super sweet, great personality and customer service."

"Carter's has great clothes kids, at decent prices but this location has NO FITTING ROOM! This isn't a big deal for babies but Carter's has clothes for kids up to size 8. My daughter wears between a 5-6x and we find it to be really difficult that we can't try clothes on before buying."
