"Yesterday I was a first time customer at Once Upon a Child, based on the recommendation of a friend. My sister has several little children and a cousin just had a baby, so I definitely love shopping for a little clothes but it can get quite expensive. I found both the quality of the clothes, the selection, and the prices to be all extremely pleasing. I walked out of there with more items and I intended to purchase, and the staff was extremely helpful and joyful. They even made sure to point out sale items, and to ensure that I received that discount upon check out. I took the clothes for my sisters son to them last night and she was so shocked by the quality and the price that she plans to shop there herself, even living about 30 minutes away. I highly recommend, and definitely plan to become a regular customer!"

"I had to delete my last review because the last time I went in employees were actively fighting and arguing. One of them threatened to quit. Extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and want to go to an inexpensive baby store to purchase things and feel joy and excitement about my new arrival.. not discomfort. Extremely upsetting. I hope the manager does something about these employees because clearly an attitude adjustment needs to be made if this store wants to stay up and running. Your employees are the face and a reflection of your business. If this is how they act in front of customers I can only imagine how they are behind our backs. Extremely disappointing and disheartening."
