"The ladies (Julie, Fae, Nikki) who work at this location on Friday are so professional and comforting. I struggled with flushes of anxiety after injections and these ladies made sure I felt comfortable and safe every step of the way- pausing frequently to make sure I was OK, talking to me about anything to keep me distracted, and providing me a sugary drink to keep my blood sugar up. Superb patient experience. Plus, I love my botox results (except it didn’t really ‘cure’ my droopy-eye, which was my second biggest insecurity on my face, so I will probably need a different treatment for that next time). Im excited to see the voluma filler results on my mid-cheeks once the swelling goes down, but the difference is totally noticeable already. My only complaint about Ideal Image as a company is the online consultant who kept trying to sell me different products did not have a good idea of what I needed. My treatment was about $1,000 more than what I was quoted for. Thankfully I’m in a financial position to afford the additional cost, but it’s not a fabulous patient experience to say my visit will be an added cost if I want to see results. Nonetheless, I’m thankful to have seen these ladies again today from my last visit. Thank you!"

"I have PCOS and have been going in for laser hair removal for a while now and the difference is huge even after the first session the reduction in hair was significant. I used to have to pluck and shave my face every day and still get a five o’ clock shadow it was a pretty frustrating thing to deal with especially if i wanted to go on vacation or camping where i wouldn’t have access to a bathroom/mirror for long periods of time, now I have little to no hair at all and don’t have to worry about it it’s amazing the difference that it’s made!! I’ve been going into the Tigard location which is very convenient for me, everyone there is very sweet professional and always on time!"

"Everybody was so friendly when I walked in the door. It was a very nice experience. They had goodies to take with you and decorations in the office which made it look very nice. The only concern I have is I've had several different technicians and this time I did not get enough coverage for my upper neck. It's a very small portion and other people that I have had perform the full upper neck. It's very disappointing because I pay a lot of money for this. Full upper neck means full upper neck not just a small section. It seems some of it is more coverage and then other times its the opposite so I never really know what I'm going to get when I go there. When I mention it to the person in the past I'm told that's just how much is supposed to be done but I know that's not correct even though I explained about my other experiences getting the full upper neck."

"My mom was severely mistreated by the front office staff and the second nurse technician who did her procedures, as well as charged for a procedure she didn't do because of the staff's oversight. When my boyfriend and I came in with her to the office for the first time, one of the staff kept repeating to my mom "did you get my voicemail? did you get my voicemail?" to my mom, almost panicking as if she knew my mom was getting bad treatment. (After the visit, we checked my mom's phone and there was no voicemail). We got help from a new receptionist Sarah, who ended up quitting after a week of working there, which I believe speaks for itself. My mom was told she was going to get a full refund because she was very unhappy with her results, and she developed dark blemishes and marks on her face. She looked worse than before she started her treatment. My mom was referred here by her friend, and she said she was promised hour-long treatments - but was only given 30 minutes each time, while her friend (who is white) got the full hour. The second person that did my mom's treatment was also very rude and disrespectful to her. Eventually, after talking to corporate and somebody that Sarah connected us to (before Sarah's last day), they told my mom she was only going to get a refund of the procedure that wasn't done because they do not refund "services rendered". Which is not what we were told, so there was a lot of miscommunication, and my mom was promised a cream that would help with blemishes, and she never got contacted back about that. When we attempted to get the refund for the procedure that wasn't done, we were given a lengthy contract that had a bunch of stipulations, which stated that if we signed this contract to get the refund back, we could not: take legal action, leave any negative reviews, and that by signing to get the refund back, we were happy with the results and service...which is ridiculous to me. After seeing the class action suits against Ideal image and all the horrendous reviews of Ideal Image on Google and Yelp, I strongly wish my mom was able to do her research on this place and not go in the first place. Also, my mom was disrespected by front staff several times and told to "go home" when she was just trying to get answers. My mom does have a strong accent and english is her second language - and when me and my boyfriend came into the office on a different day, my mom was only given answers because of our presence."

"I saw the negative reviews and was wary but I gave them a chance and had a great experience. These ladies there were very sensitive to my needs, and were kind and made me feel safe there. I should add that the national representative, Morgan, who did my consultation and set up my quote and payment plan was really nice and was genuinely excited for me. She too was super sensitive and kind, and I was in tears when I hung up - happy tears - because She helped me make this possible!"
