"The laser procedure was extremely painful. It felt like a hot iron dragged across my face, but after I asked to put a topical, I was told by Natalia that then I might get a burn because she wouldn't know in how much pain I'm in. I was crying, so I don't know how she rates the pain limit. After asking to turn down the heat, I was laughed at by Natalia because I wouldn't see results. I was in pain during my ride back home, and my skin was red and swollen for a couple of days. I did see that after the one-time procedure, my hair was growing slower and weaker, but it wasn't worth the pain. It took me one year to write this review because I was emotionally and physically traumatized by the lady who owns the spa. I always felt like it was my fault of how I was feeling. Don't want to sound like a cry baby, but sadly, this place lacks compassion for its clients. We also speak the same language, so misunderstanding was not the issue. Now, after I started seeing other professional and experiencing no pain with the procedure, I understand that I was mistreated. Decided to share this to limit experience like mine."

"Natalia is exceptionally good at laser hair removal and makes the experience so easy. I saw results after my first session (amount of hair thinned out) and now I’m on my 4th. Can’t wait to see how great it is at the end! I also like that I can pay per visit instead of purchasing a big expensive package up front."
