Exclusively Adult

"Not much to say except that I bought poppers here. The guy at the counter was super cool, and recommended the best brand that I’ve tried so far (Amsterdam) they were: Euphoric…other than that perks to being open 24hrs for those looking for them late night (or early morning) thrills. Although I only got those, from what I could tell they have an excellent and quite large selection of “Exclusively Adult” products! Would definitely recommend this place in the Eugene/Springfield area! *edit: just stopped by grabbed a few things, but when asking about if they had a certain product the cashier was a bit trite. Shorter blonde women with a top bun, I got the impression that it was prob just her personality but it just made the interaction uncomfortable. Too bad I’ve only otherwise had great experiences here :/"

"Great place wish that one girl behind the counter had a better attitude. We spent over $600 and she couldn’t be bothered to help us find the right shoe size. Will come back if our regular guy is still there."

"Went to this Place with my girlfriend on Thursday night. We go about once a month but this time there’s a lady in they’re working with our normal guy that answers our questions. This was about midnight or so. This lady is downright rude. You half to assume that being an adult shop the owner would want the customers to feel comfortable. It was the exact opposite in our experience. She was pushy didn’t allow us to browse, we normally spend about $100 while we’re there. We didn’t buy anything just wanted to get out of there won’t be coming back if she's behind that counter."

"2 weeks ago I would have given this place 5 stars but just found out that my favorite employee is no longer there. Alexander helped me to feel comfortable here and he was SUCH a personable, hard working, & friendly man. He was so patient and beyond knowledgeable about every single product in that store. I have witnessed him defuse unruly customers with fairness and turn them around. I’ve watched him treat people with such respect and patience by answering their questions and making them feel at ease that you could see the relief come across their face. He was so kind to everyone and so loyal to this place. He took his job to heart and gave 150%. I cannot imagine this place without him there because to me he was the back bone of the store. What is it with these small business owners that would let this happen. If I had people like Alexander that represented my company like this and worked as hard as he does I can’t imagine not doing everything in my power to make sure he knew just how much I appreciated him!! This is sad. I know a lot of customers went in to make purchases because he was on shift, simply because of how welcome and valuable he made us feel. Time to find a new place to go now. Sheryl B"
