She turned my ugly face into something worth looking at. So as long as that Oriantel lady is working there, you will get my business. She's never said anything negative or rude about any of her coworkers. And I always make sure to rip her well. So she keeps making me look handsome. "I took my kids in for a hair cut years ago and got the oriental lady and she was rude and did not listen to me as in what I wanted done with my kids hair. Had to get their hair fixed elsewhere. Today, I went into Walmart and decided to stop in because I need my hair cut and it was the only place open at the time and had the same lady. She wanted to charge me $28 for a hair cut. The sign clearly said $22. I told her what the sign said and she said $28 again. I walked out. Bad bad customer service and not friendly whatsoever. I was trying to give this place a second chance. Don't bother going there."

"I went in to get my hair cut and she said 1 hour. My boyfriend and I wandered around Walmart for almost an hour and then sat on the bench. I went in and checked and she was adding more bleach to the girls hair. I bleach my hair and I knew this was going to be a long process. I asked her how much longer after waiting 1.5 hours. She told me she just couldn't leave this little girl like this because her hair wasn't the way she liked it and she asked if I wanted to stay and wait another hour or go. I was done waiting. She was not concerned about the two of us ladies waiting but more about the girl in the chair. Not very good customer service when she had my # and could have checked in with me or cut my hair in between the sets of bleaching of the girl in the chair."

"1st time I went there - Walmart in Salem- the lady kept hitting my arm while cutting my hair and complaining about her co worker and other customers & company saying “ you know what I’m saying “ . Thought maybe it was just a bad day so I booked my daughter for an appointment today to get her hair cut before school with someone else. We get there and the same lady that did mine said “ oh you booked it with someone else and she isn’t here” and walked off. Of course this upset me because she did not even offer to re schedule or apologize. I said you have very bad customer service and will never come back. I am not trying to racial profile, but it is the Asian lady that has worked there a long time."

"Back to school boys hair cut for a child I traumatized when it comes to having his hair cut- I used dull Clippers and they pulled his hair (or I just don't know how to use them)- but the lady that helped us was super reassuring to him and very patient AND confidently told him she is a professional and mommy is NOT so she will not cause him the same discomfort! LOL I couldn't argue with that FACT! I will cease traumatizing my son in the future and will only be taking him here! :)"
