"Inquiring with this business was a waste of my time. It took them 9 days to respond to my inquiries (I left a phone message, and completed a request for quote on their website). When Lacey finally called me, she wouldn't give me rates over the phone. To get rates and have other questions answered, I had to come for an in-office consultation. The soonest consultation was 11 days later. When I arrived for the consultation, Lacey stated she couldn't even talk to me about electrolysis services and rates unless I gave them a copy of my ID and filled out several pages of paperwork providing my full health history. I just wanted to get rates and ask general questions about the electrolysis process at their facility. I wanted to assess their cleanliness, their knowledge of the electrolysis/thermolysis process, and how they treat people. But Lacey insisted that she needed my ID and my full medical history to answer generic questions. Between the phone call and the few minutes I spent in the office, I certainly got a good idea of how people are treated here. I felt like a number at this business, not like a human. There was nothing personal about their interactions with me. The website states "our number one goal is the care, compassion, and comfort for our clients". I did not feel this at all."

"I want to be as clear as possible when I say that the team here at Williamette Valley Esthetics is without question the best I've ever met. Expertise, kindness, efficiency, and generosity don't even begin to tell the full story here. I had attempted to get electrolysis at another place, and the difference in professionalism from there to here is night and day. What the place I had previously failed to clear in several YEARS, Lacey was able to clear in a matter of months. I have a 4-hour drive to get to this place, and it has been worth every single second of the trip. Lacey is patient, friendly, understanding, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of everything regarding her craft. Even with my back troubles and extreme anxiety, she has been able to guide me through these sessions and I've never felt more grateful. Please, take my word for this: even if you have to travel very far out of your way to get here, you need to do so. This is THE place that you want to have hair removal or any other similar work done. Go out of your way to get here. If you want to have your work done correctly, this is 100% where you need to go. "The owner is the main person (maybe only person currently) who does electrolysis here and she is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Veteran, female, LGBT owned. They have a great gender affirming doctor available as well. Not sure if they run their own practice there or just provide some services as needed."

"I finished my first long-session, anesthetic-aided electrolysis with Lacey yesterday and could not be more pleased! As during my initial consultation, she took great care before and during the procedure to describe fully what to expect, possible and likely side-effects of treatment and the best methods for aftercare to ensure success and comfort. The facility is totally professional and spotlessly clean. Lacey is only a pleasure to deal with and a genuinely nice person who is caring, compassionate and totally committed to providing a stellar experience for the patient. She explains things well and invites questions which she is willing to answer at length and is wholly patient-centered in her approach. Though I was initially anxious about possible pain during this, my first-ever electrolysis, I am pleased to say it was pain-free thanks to the local anesthetic provided by a top physician who works with Lacey. When her probe approached the anesthetized margins and I began to feel sensation, she immediately noted the area and returned to the parts that were fully numbed. We quickly built trust and I look forward to my future treatments with her. She is focused on providing high value for the time spent and won't string you along for profit. Office manager Cindy is just as nice, friendly, and competent and setup my future treatment plan in a very professional manner so I can plan my schedule around future sessions.
