"I’ve had good experiences in the past. However their hours need to be updated because I went for a quick eyebrow threading at 6:30pm and the young lady said they were closed but the business hours said open until 7pm. Also the space looked very much open and there were no other customers there."

"I went to get my eyebrows laminated for the first time at this location on Friday. First off, the young lady who did my eyebrows was VERY NICE. However when I went to pay, the amount that I was charged was substantially WAY MORE then I was told when I called about this service. I was told on the phone that there were 3 services involved in the lamination process, for $75, it was ALL INCLUDED. My bill was over $100. Blew my mind. Like I said, wonderful sweet and kind young lady who did this for me. But I will definitely NOT be having my eyebrows laminated at this location again. Also, I went home after this and had to shower because I had a special event to attend, and most of the tint that was put on my eyebrows came off :/"
