"I've had electrolysis many times over the years, in most areas of my body. Unfortunately this was by far the worst experience of all. Extremely painful to a point where I asked to stop the treatment after 20 minutes - the angel of the device felt very deep and off in my skin. VERY SLOW, which matters when you are charged by the minute. Time wasn't properly kept and I was overcharged, though at that point I didn't care, just wanted it to be over. I do feel there was a sincere attempt at professionalism however realistically it felt like an internship level at expert prices. Prices need to be lowered asap for practice to be gained."
