"Been coming here for roughly 19yrs and they have gone down hill from what they use to be. There is absolutely no point in making an appointment for anything because they are usually running 15-20mins behind due to accepting walk ins that over lap with their appointments. It’s disappointing to see them go down hill when you’ve been a customer for so long. They’re main lady is no longer running the show and the ones who are don’t seem to know how to operate the appointment book"

"Very nice staff but the WORST nails I have ever had done... I went in on January 1st because my normal place wasn't open and had a dip set done (my 4th in the last 4 months). I was pleased with the look and shaping and all of it UNTIL the very next morning when the gel top coat he added for the shine was already peeling off. I thought maybe I would just paint my own clear coat on but then my thumb nail chipped off! So I went in on the 4th of January and the kind lady fixed my thumb nail and re-did the top coat (with another gel coat even though I told her I didn't think it was a good idea) and I was on my way and thought I would have a nice set of dip to last me another month as is usual with this sort of manicure, especially after paying $46. Wellllll two more days go by and they peel AGAIN!!! This time I for sure was just going to do my own top coat and call it a loss and never come back... but then... TWO MORE NAILS CHIPPED TODA!?!?!?!?!?!!?!? I called AT Nails to ask for either a refund or a new set and she said "No, it is time for a fill..." WHAT???? It has literally not even been a full 14 days and I paid FORTY SIX DOLLARS!!!"
