"The staff seemed very pleasant, and I would've been happy to work with them, but the owner was a different story. I'd never been in and I wanted to visit the store to see if they carried sizes for my 3 year old daughter, I stated that I wanted my daughter fitted to see what size ballet shoe she might need and to see their prices. The staff was ready to help and I feel would've done more had the owner not been standing over us, she was I quote "confused" as to what I wanted, even after I said very clearly that I wanted to know what size my daughter would need. At first she wasn't even going to let the girl help me because they were arranging some merchandise, and she told me someone else would be out to help, but the girl wanted to help and did. I guess the fact that I didn't intend to spend money right then and there didn't appeal to her. So instead she treated me like a child barking orders at me and at her employee, and only let the girl helping me try one shoe on that didn't fit and I was to take her word that she knew what size my daughter needed just by looking at a shoe that didn't fit. She may have many years of experience with fittings but not enough on how to treat customers. I might be back because of the rest of the staff but I will make a point to avoid her. A good sales tip is to treat every customer as though they are about to spend a lot of money even if they don't right then because when they come back they just might. Ugliness is a sure deterrent."

"I just returned from Dance Togs less than an hour ago, and the trip could not have gone any better. The people working were so friendly, and they were all so quick to help me :) I really appreciated them all, and it was so easy to find everything I needed for my open showing. I have absolutely no complaints for this store, and I recommend this place for anyone who needs anything dance-oriented.
