"I’m not sure what happens these days but when I went to beauty school the instructor was supposed t come and check your hair after the student was complete and somewhat guide them. I went in for a “trim” even across cut and now I have a large chunk cut out of my hair.Underneath my hair is long and there is this awkward short layer. I’ve usually been able to go to beauty school for something such as a “trim” even across. If I wanted layers or something more I would have went to a professional. I won’t be going here again. My hair is literally jacked up."

Also, my interactions with instructor Nissa were great. You can tell how passionate she is when it comes to her profession.
