Verizon 14673 Southeast Sunnyside Road, Clackamas, OR 97015

"Store rep (Ryker) was snarky and rude. Took my phone, opened the internet, read out loud to the store what tabs I had open and then deleted some of my open tabs. Was incredibly rude to a verizon tech support person on the phone and even said that if his boss heard how he was talking he would get in trouble. Watched him flip the bird towards the phone at the customer service tech. Took the sim card out of my phone to give me an e-sim and when I asked how that would fix my slow internet, he said he didn't know but he just figured he'd try it. Eventually found out they signed my line up for the wrong plan, when I asked how only my line was on the wrong plan, he started to raise his voice that he didn't know. His response to most of my questions was "I don't know.""

"Bao helped me upgrade my phone on 1/5/24. Convinced me the liquid glass screen protector was the best screen protector. Applied it and sent me home with an empty box to register the screen protector. Upon registering this at home, I realized I did not have the slip with the *pin* on it and could not complete the registration process. We called the store and Bao said there was nothing he could do about it and that his person phone didn’t require this registration *pin*. So Bao threw away an important slip from the box of the screen protector he installed in the store and I’m left with an unwarranted screen protector for my $1100 phone. Would not recommend and am left disappointed and feel as though I was taken advantage of."

"Rude salesperson. I had made an appointment for a specific time to upgrade my old phone at this store this store because it is close to my home. Walking in just before my appointment, the salesperson helped people that walked in at the same time as I did but with No Appointment. When I asked if anyone else was working, he rudely said no and told me to wait or come back. I left and bought a new phone from different store. 3rd strike for this small understaffed store!!!"

"My representative, Lee, was top notch! Knowledgeable, courteous, personable, efficient, helpful and attentive. He worked quickly to upgrade my phone to minimize the time I had to spend at the store. He is highly competent and provided fantastic customer service to each customer present."

"I visited this location this evening as I am a fairly new customer to Verizon. I purchased a pixel phone a few months back and it suddenly started to not function properly. I was the only customer in the store and felt rushed and felt that I was inconviencing the clerk by being there. Apparently they don't trouble shoot or look at any phones in store , I did purchase the insurance and was given a pamphlet to call them. As I was trying to ask more questions he got short with me and told me to call them , they can't do anything but sell me a new phone. When I said I just paid over 1k for this one, would I be credited, he said no, it would be out of pocket. And since the insurance isn't local I would have to send my phone in to get looked at and be without a phone for several days to a week. I've never had such bad customer service in my life, I was with my prior carrier for 15 years and went to verizon despite it being more costly than other carriers because of it's reputation."
