"This company was scheduled (almost 3 weeks ago) to come out yesterday to repair my microwave. They gave me an 8-5 time window, so I cleared the whole day. A little after 8, a robocaller called and told me to reschedule for a month later. You cannot reach a real person to talk with. They of course already took $100 service fee. I would never do business with this company again. So unprofessional."
"Contracted for a new roof and other than some communication issues, all work was completed to our satisfaction. Price adjustments were made to our contract to reflect unused materials which was nice to see. Very transparent on all pricing and expectations. A freak rainstorm hit while the install team was working and they were quick to respond to a water intrusion and subsequent clean up, even went so far as to replace a roll of paper towels (not necessary but a nice gesture) used in the clean up. Seemed like a fair price, not the cheapest but not the most expensive, given the 50 year transferable warranty on the new roof."
"The amount of time it would take was never clearly discussed. I ordered a new floor in June from another company, it was installed in June. I ordered an ADA certified ramp in front of our home. Ordered in June, it was installed in June. Ordered new counters, new shower surround, new fixtures and an HVAC system. Ordered all of this in June. It's July and we finally got our HVAC system, which was paid for ahead of time, as is all the rest we are waiting on, installed this month. Wow.. thanks for the speed and your apparent need for justification. You are slow, and I have yet, other than the HVAC system to see any real work or results. Get back to me when you have actually done something worth remarking on."
"Our sales person and the HVAC contractor that did the work were great. Everything else dealing with your company after taking our money was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Could not get a call back from anyone and had to threaten to cancel the contract (a $600 fee at that point) to get the information on when our install date was set for and the contractor doing the work. The unit was initially ordered incorrectly. This was a Monday. We had to call them to find out the next step, was told the correct unit was ordered and that we'd get a call Tuesday verifying the return date. Tuesday, no call. Most of Wednesday, no call. Had to contact the contractor directly to find out when they were able to come back, since neither they nor I could get someone from your company to call us. Was asked on the initial post-sales call (the ONLY time we got a phone call when we were told would happen) what color trim we wanted on our new "cool featured" thermostat only to later find out we weren't actually getting one. Not a big deal on its own if it wasn't the last in a long line of screwups. Ended up cancelling the 5 year extended warranty in the end so I never have to deal with your company again. I would rather pay out of pocket for service than deal with you and whatever nightmare comes with trying to exercise the extended warranty, that's how unhappy we are with your service. I will not be recommending you to anyone I know. I will be actively telling them to never use you for anything and strongly encourage them to pass the word along to everyone they know."
"Although the job got done, There were huge issues with my windows install, I should have gone with an actual windows company. I had 4 windows and a slider glass door replaced, started early Sept, and they just now finished everything after all the issues. HOA got involved it was a real nightmare to be honest."
