"Central Air was the third place we called (and the first to answer) to help us with our "dead" less than one year old heat pump and blower system purchased from and installed by TruAir ( TruAir would not return our calls and later indicted on their voicemail that they temporarily paused operations due to a health situation). The tech from Central Air found numerous poor workmanship issues that caused the system to fail (I have pictures and documentation). The end of the story is for a minimal amount of money Central Air fixed the issue and heat was restored. The Central Air tech was polite, thorough and very timely. I would definitely recommend their service."

You’ll know who is going to arrive (with photo) and get a 15 min advance notice they’re on the way… really important for seniors hesitant to open their door!
