"You get zero stars because you won’t let Paying customers use the restroom, when they desperately have to go, and especially when the rite aide just down the road from you, DOES let customers use the restroom. I sure hope you get familiar with Ally’s Law."
"Pharmacy hasn’t been answering their phone for the last few weeks. I had to go in store to talk to them and will have to do it again this week. Very frustrating."
"Rasha I believe is the pharmacist who helped me today & she was all by herself. She goes above & beyond to get my prescriptions on time! & is always pleasant I will continue get get my prescriptions here because of Rasha!"
"If you require any medications to stay alive do not get them filled here. I ordered insulin on the first day I was able to put in a refill, four days later they finally ordered it. It finally arrived the day after I had to leave town so a family member went to pick it up and was going to bring it to me. Upon arrival at the store they were told my insulin was lost. They said more would be sent to the Rite Aid in the town I was visiting. 3 days later I found out that Tigard Rite Aid never sent the prescription to the other store. Upon getting back to Tigard I finally got my insulin from this location. A medication I literally need to live as a type 1 diabetic and they had the nerve to blame everyone else, including the other Rite Aid rather than accepting responsibility. This is a medication with a $2300 MSRP. and they lost it. They should lose their license."
"I've been going to this location for roughly 4 years. Of the hundreds of times I've been to the pharmacy counter, I can count on one hand the negative experiences. All of those are from staff I have never seen there before. The lead pharmacist is caring, thoughtful, and extremely responsive to my concerns. I feel listened to, and that my health concerns matter. Sometimes, I'll see other people in line take out their personal or medical frustrations on the pharmacy staff. It's really alarming because the staff didn't create supply chain disruptions or issue incorrect prescriptions. Nor are the staff responsible for the customers health irregularities. This has been some of the finest pharmacy personnel in my experience in one location. I've lived in over 8 states, and probably had 50 "regular" pharmacies in my life...."
