Dollar Tree 16200 Southwest Pacific Highway, Tigard, OR 97224

"Incompetent staff. I went here the other day to buy a few light bulbs, but ended up leaving without buying them because of two staff members who were playing around with the register instead of serving customers. There was only one register open, and a staff member was trying to ring up another staff member's employee purchase and failing miserably at it. They fussed around with the register for about 15 minutes while a line of customers piled up. Eventually they had the bright idea of ringing up every individual item as a separate purchase for the employee and making them swipe their card every time. At this point I put the lightbulbs down and left. Here is some advice for this store's manager: Tell your employees to only do this kind of buffoonery after the store is closed."

"I had to go meet someone from Offer Up. Tigard Dollar Tree was the closest one to my destination. I never pass up an opportunity to stop at a Dollar Tree I've never been to before. I was looking for just a couple items. One being from the floral dept, greenery to make a new wreath. There was literally nothing! They had all the fall floral near the front. But their floral aisle was completely bare! Less than impressed... On the other had the employee who rang me up was very nice. Big smile. She was even cleaning her register belt when I walked up to her check out lane. It was a large store. But I've been to smaller locations with better selection. Definitely not one of my top DT's. But not a horrible one either..."
