"I haven’t even eaten my sub yet but that doesn’t matter because the service was so poor that I will not be returning to this location. The staff there were very stand off-ish and a bit rude in their demeanor and how they responded to my boyfriend and I. This was our first time at Jersey Mikes and we were treated like it didn’t matter that we were even there. If I wasn’t as hungry as I was, I would’ve walked right back out the door without ordering. Also, I really wish I hadn’t tipped before even interacting with the staff, because they did not help in any way and were not even the slightest welcoming or nice."

"I really love this place, my husband and I went there for lunch yesterday and he got a regular sub, and I am trying to go off the carbs so got a turkey club sub in a tub. It was absolutely delicious, and they only lost a star because the girl behind the counter didn't seem able to follow pretty simple directions, not knowing what a sub in a tub was, or that it was okay to add all the other toppings. She left off my onion, pickle, pepperoncinis, and the red wine vinegar and olive oil that I love. But they still get the four stars because I've been here before and their food really is delicious, and because I genuinely appreciate low-carb options. Oh yeah, and if you can go to a different location, I'd recommend it for the parking issues by the university!"
