"oh my god the food here is SO GOOD i had the tomato egg biang biang with added bean sprouts and it was just, such a delicious mix of savory flavors in my mouth. plenty of covered seating nearby. we went on a thursday and i don't know the exact schedule of this, but there was bingo being played which was a fun surprise. SERIOUSLY the noodles are great. you gotta come here and try 'em!"

"I don't normally give 5 stars across the board, but I was very impressed by Streched this evening. Located next to Coldfire Brewery Stretched is a food cart that has some serious flavor! This food cart offers Asian style noodle dishes. Every order comes with made to order stretched noodles. I had the Beef Cumin dish and was blown away. Some places offer spicy food, and that's all you get ... spicy. But this dish had a spice kick and you could really taste all the spices. The lady told me they source the meat from a local farm. It was very tender and juicy. All the ingredients were fresh and I'd recommend Streched very highly! 5 stars"
