"The setup is not like your typical American restaurant, I've not been south of the border, so I don't know if that's how they do things there, but it's not a huge deal. The restaurant is clean and not obnoxious in its decor. The food is excellent. It takes a bit longer to cook than in the average sit-down restaurant, presumably because more effort goes into making it. I had pork enchiladas verdes, and could not have been more pleased with them. The meat was perfectly cooked, and everything that came with it was perfectly balanced and delicious. I would absolutely eat here again."
