"Update: Anytime I come in and the shift lead Jason is working the store is clean and my special orders are always on point. I like his customer service and the way he runs his shift that is the best kind of employee he takes pride in his work. This is the best Carl's Jr. I have ever been to, there was a minor error in my order and they were right on top of fixing the issue. It is nice to have customer service people who take pride in their work. That is why I gave them 5 stars across the board."

"First time they completely forgot my entire meal, another time they gave me the wrong order which I can deal with. This last time we ordered and my daughter got a burger full of jalapeños when nobody ordered anything with jalapeños. The two boys in there were very rude and turned their back to us right away."

"The evening staff at this location is unfriendly ands acts like I’m an inconvenience. Half the time at the drive through I’m told to pull around the front and park to wait for my food, even when I’m the only one in the drive. Overall mediocre. Please train your staff to be more friendly. I literally just overheard them making fun of someone in the drive through for ordering an item by the wrong name."

"I am a truck driver and I visit many fast food restaurants around the country but I am ALWAYS impressed with this location in West Salem Oregon. They by far have the cleanest restaurant and the attitudes of the employees are always pleasant. But this trip through they have out done themselves with the BEST Christmas atmosphere and display. Hats off to the management of this establishment and Thank you for caring about your customers!"
