"Since when does a little Caesars Pizza cost more than then dominoes and Pizza Hut? Psh ..if I knew I'd be spending that much I wouldn't have gone to little Caesars I would have went to another place.... Little Caesars is supposed to be the money saver"
"I must say it's very nice that whatever millennial teenage folks that were working there previously are gone and now there are some nice young people with customer service skills and they have pizza when I go there and I like pizza especially when I go to get some pizza"
"Came here to pick up some quick and ready pizza and breadsticks. They didn't have any breadsticks ready. Told us the pizza was old and would make some fresh. 15-minute wait we were told. 20 min later, we decided to go inside to pick it up, so they didn't have to bring it out to our car. During this time, folks are getting handed pizzas for online orders. One was even a grubhub, pick up 5 pizzas, and 3 breads. I get it. At the 30 min mark, someone asked for a refund. By the 40-minute mark, I was getting ready to ask for a refund. I get they were slammed, but when they finally gave us our food. My pizza was ice cold, but my breadsticks were fresh. They couldn't keep up with the orders, they gave unreasonable expectations and didn't put the pizzas in the warmer because anytime they came near the front, customers were asking about their food. Either be honest about the wait time or at least put the food where it needs to, so if we have to/ or want to wait 45 minutes, it is still hot. Please"
"I wanted to respectfully call, but I can't show anyone photos that way, so I'll post this temporary review. I started buying Little Caesars again, recently, after almost 10 years of buying pizza at other places I favorite. I've bought quite a lot of pizza the last couple of months. The employees here are nice and friendly, and I rarely have anything to gripe about...most of the time they get stuff right. However, tonight I placed an online order, immediately called the store and requested that the pizza have "almost no sauce" and "barely any sauce whatsoever" and mentioned the reason being, once again, that I have a son whose high-functioning autistic and any amount of sauce (especially sauce oozing out) will not be eaten by him. I ordered two pizzas and requested that of both--and, yet, both had an enormous amount of sauce on them (please see photos). I drove from the Reed Opera House (in downtown Salem) all the way to the edge of South Salem in order to pick up the pizzas, and then had to drive halfway back to get home...as I drove I eagerly anticipated that our one-meal-a-day dinner would be yummy and near-perfect. While I made ever effort to remove the almost all sauce from the pizza that my son tried to eat, in the end it was just too saucy, messy, and every bite tasted as if they'd been marinated in sauce. The photo of the napkin, sauce, and knife shows the amount of sauce scraped off of only one and a half slices. The last photo shows my own plate of very saucy dough that I couldn't eat. Eating dinner and watching some Gold Rush was supposed to be easy and fun...but it wasn't and required too much effort to try to fix. After calling right after I placed my order, I was assured that there'd be (extremely-easy) almost no sauce...but there was sauce galore. I'm just disappointed that we were let down bigtime...I even gave my usual $3 tip. I value spending money wisely, and this turned out to be stressful, inconvenient, messy, a waste of what could have been worthy leftovers and a waste of my money. Like I said, I just wanted someone to see photos of the "barely any sauce whatsoever" that I requested. My autistic son said, "next time I'll just get it with no sauce...that way this doesn't happen again." Sorry for the long write, but...I dunno."
"I door dashed my order today and ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza & they sent us a cheese plain pizza & not only that I have called at LEAST 15 times in a row yet no answer I can’t go down to the place because I don’t have a car hence door dashing. This is not the first time commercial street little Caesars has messed up my order this time they have fully earned a bad review last time I’ll be going through here."
