"This place gets a one star. didnt even get to eat here, was walking in and saw a worker sitting outside smoking a cigarette. asked him if they were open and his response was "yes but we are extremely short staffed. this is the first break ive gotten in 8 hours." BOO-HOO. i understand the frustration with breaks. i truly do. at my job i dont even get breaks and im doing alot more physical labor then taking peoples orders. but as the customer this is not the way i should be treated. Does this wendys not care about their customers? Does this employee not understand that i as the customer is responsible for his paycheck?very unprofessional."

"They are horrible, closed no matter what time you show up most of the time, last few time i tried getting food i left without ordering, there app dosnt work and most good deals are mobile only, its always says there closed even when you can see there open and serving customers but then if you look online it says they open at 2pm, yet they have a breakfast menu lol, have stopped by muiltiple times after work around 3pm and there closed, its nothing but a waste of my time and patience"

"I usually really like Wendy's, but I dislike ketchup and mayonnaise. So, I was pretty disappointed when I got home and found that my burger, ordered as "plain and dry," was sopping with condiments. It's not that hard to get it right."

"It's fast food. Not much to expect, but Wendy's is higher quality most the time. Depends on location as well. The manager is tatted, and he's able to show them short sleeve and neck tats are also acceptable. I really think this is awesome, having tats and not being able to work is an old thing. It's 2024, and it's time to accept these things. Whatever it means to you, throw it out the window unless it's positive. I'm not assuming the manager is this person: It also gives me hope for ex- convicts or felons having to be rehabilitated. People coming back to society after prison I've found are much better people then normies anyway. Not assuming the manager is that person at all. I really don't know, but it does give a little hope, knowing some people or even ex gang members can continue trying to live their lives somewhat free. More free then prison anyway."

"As someone who never writes reviews here’s one. As a food service manager/worker myself I understand the struggles of a business. Customer service here is great from what I’ve experienced. Although the food that I was given was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had at Wendy’s. I get that sometimes food isn’t always going to be the freshest or the hottest but no customer should be given cold food. On top of that it was old food. My hamburgers were rock solid like a hockey puck and cold! My fries were soggy and Luke warm. The only thing that was somewhat warm and okay to eat was the nuggets. I think more effort needs to be done at this Wendy’s. I would recommend not going to this location but another one that cares for customers food quality."
