"Pizza for dinner on New Year's '24. It blew me away. I am not one to put reviews unless it's really good or it's really bad. This pizza was the best pizza I have ever had to date! 2 large pizzas- one pepperoni and sausage, and one chicken and mushroom with the white garlic sauce. Omg! The only way I can describe the tomato sauce in the pepperoni and sausage was VIBRANT and the other was SUCCULENT. the taste is still ringing on my tongue an hour later. Very good job"
"I ordered an extravaganza for pick up. Picked it up and went home 3 miles away. The pizza was cold. All the toppings were off to the side. Call asked for replacement to be delivered. Never got delivered. Went down to return the pizza and asked for a refund. Ask for a customer service phone number to call to complain, told me to look it up on the web! Will not order from these guys again!!!"
"Unbelievably bad service and horrible pizzas. Dominoes makes a decent pizza but this location is exceptionally awful. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was the wrong pizza, the other one had almost no sauce and the dipping cup was exploded. I called the store and they agreed to credit my account for their mistake. The next week I tried to order the pizza they said they credited to my account but I was informed that they had no record of the credit. I called at approx. 4pm 10/17/23 and the guy I talked to refused to give me a corporate number and refused to put me in contact with a manager. He was also very rude and acted as if I was causing a problem just because they screwed up my order and I was trying to redeem a credit they had given. There are so many great pizza places in central point, don't waste your time at this location!!!!"
"I first have to say you must judge these lower pizza places on thier price/cost of what you get for your money. Where else can you go and get 2 medium pizzas,parmesan bread bites and a cinnamon twist bread bites for dessert under $20? The pizza's them self I do not find to be greasy compared to competitors in this price range....in fact even less than some higher priced places. The online ordering is fast simple and they have your order within half an hour. The taste of most the pizza's are decent. The down side some of the sides or adds on are simply just thrown together it seems at times."
