"They’re under new management and went from a good business to the worst kind of business. They told us exactly what we needed to get into our totaled vehicle. When we showed up with literally what we were told to bring we were denied us entry into our vehicle. We were after our daughter’s soccer jersey and a blanket my wife has had since childhood. They admitted telling us the wrong info but they wouldn’t waive the additional days storage fee till the dmv opened. Enraging experience."

"I was stuck on the side of the road and they were so nice. The tow driver was fast to get there and fast to load and unload my car. Obviously be prepared to pay an arm and a leg but I had about as nice of an experience you can hate when your car breaks down."
