"$5,000 and nearly two months later, my primary concern could not be addressed. I brought my truck in with many issues but the issue I expressed first and atop my list was that a governor was restricting the speed to 47mph I was charged on multiple occasions for a misdiagnosis of the cause, RPD reconfirming each time that a governor was not present. during our last interaction, after spending another $1,000 that did not fix that issue, I was received by a shoulder shrug and told to bring it back in for further diagnosis. realizing that my loyalty was not being rewarded, I decided to bring it to an Isuzu dealer instead. within an hour, they confirmed a governor was present. RPD also misinformed and charged me for checking my fuses. After being informed that all my fuses had been checked and replaced if needed, I wasted a lot of time trying to diagnose a break light malfunction when all along, the fuse was simply blown. In the end, this business was dishonest with me. either they were aware a governor was present and chose to withhold the information or they did not have the Isuzu software they claimed they had Pros: They changed an injector for a reasonable price"

"I was at a show when a vendor accidentally backed into my trailer and broke my plug-in. They were there and happily and professionally fixed it. Who does this!! These guys do!! They are awesome in my book!! Thk u again"

"If I could leave a 5+ star review I would. These folks worked on my motorhome last year and did a great job! Fast forward to this month, I needed my motorhome towed from Cottage Grove to their business for additional work. Due to Roadside Service being a nightmare to work with, it didn't arrive until a Saturday afternoon when they were closed. I had been told I could park it in the gravel lot adjacent to their shop. Unfortunately this area has vehicles parked in the street who trespass and steal from the area businesses. I was prepared to stay the weekend until they opened Monday morning. Fortunately, an employee (Thank you again Jeremy) was apparently working on Saturday, he had left for the day and saw my motorhome being dropped by the tow truck. Jeremy came back, waited for the tow truck operator to hook back up and made arrangements to get my motorhome into their secure lot. Jeff Wilmot (Service Writer) was also very patient, professional and accommodating when I dropped off and picked up my motorhome. I forgot my method of payment when picking it up. I had walked there from dropping off my wife's car nearby and walked to their location to pick it up. Jeff allowed me to drive the motorhome home and return to pay them, thank you again Jeff! and finally Operations Manager Kelli George, you're obviously doing something right! you have a great professional crew and thank you for being there for me, your willingness to speak to me about your great employees was very well received. I will highly recommend your fabulous team for this kind of work! Cristian"
