"This is my favorite burger in Walla Walla. Everytime I go there it hits the spot. Burger presentation is always excellent. Love the fries and sauce. I grew up and worked at In-N-Out burger. This is as close as you can get to In N Out burger. So glad this is downtown!"

"20.96 on a hamburger and fries and milkshakes The milkshake was so small for 6 dollars didn’t even fill it up, was empty half way. The hamburger had nothing in it just the meat,cheese ketchup, barley any fries for that prices. Hamburger meat was salty Those are all the fries that came with it . Service was good"

"Wow. Wow. Wow!! I was going to write a long review and then realized that I may never get around to writing it and that would be a disservice to Counter Side. I ordered the double deluxe with fries. The burger was perfectly prepared with all the right tastes and properly proportioned toppings. Best burger I've had in a LONG time. The fries, as others have mentioned, were a bit salty, but in my opinion complemented the burger so well I wouldn't have enjoyed them as much any other way. Quick service, friendly staff. A real winner in my book. Support this establishment."

"First time going here, had a double deluxe cheese burger, first off, amazing. I like me some Golden Arches, but this was better. It tasted like McDonald’s but homemade.. had that perfect mix of flavors. I might say it’s even better than iceberg and fast eddies. After eating at those two the smell of oil is so strong it makes you not want to come back. The fries were a hit for me, thin, soft and crispy. The only two things that I would change is, 1: always put fry sauce in the to go bags. I had to go back and ask for some, I mean it was so creamy and delicious, if I opened up my bag and there was none I’d be disappointed. 2, the fry bags were too small, the amount of fries was fine, but the bags were hard to manage. Something more solid, like a cup or even a bigger bag."
