"Really sub-par experience. I asked for extra mayo and some Fry sauce.. didn't get either. Also, no napkins. The sandwich was dry and almost no flavor. The fries had an odd flavor so I tossed them. The drink had no ice in it at all. It was a good waste of $12."

"Will never eat here again. Got cold fries, asked for fresh ones, they just put them back in the fryer. Got my food home and my fries were rock hard. Buns on the burgers were stale, burger patties were cold and the bacon on my burger was raw. This is absolutely unacceptable and management NEEDS to make some changes before someone gets seriously ill."

"It is a combined A&W and KFC. Took my grandson who ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I ordered the 2 piece cod basket. When we finally got our food, the only thing that was hot was the cod. The chicken and the fries were cold. I had to go back through the drive thru to get tarter sauce for the cod. There were no utensils or napkins. When I went back through the drive to get tarter sauce, I mentioned that the fries were cold and the only response i got was "sorry about that.""
