"Constantly have issues with the lady who is there at six am. Constantly get shorted on fries maybe like half a small when it should be a medium. And never get all four of my onion rings when I get the box combo. This is the only Person there. I have this issue with everyone else. Gives me a decent amount of food. Also has very long clip on nails.That shouldn't be around food. Sadly i'm just learning to drive away whenever she's working. Edit to owner: I've put the review into the link provided. Showed photo of my first box, 2nd box that was used to replace the first had even less. Wouldn't let me use both photos"

"Customer service is horrible. Employees don't look like they even want to be there. Last 3 times we have gone through the drive through, items from our order were not given to us but were on the receipt. Tried to call multiple times but no one answers the phone. Walla Walla Jack in the Box is trash. The franchisee should sell."

"Standard jack in to box menu, staff is friendly for the most part, however, if you come here expect something to be missing from your order or receive the wrong item. The Jack in the Box needs to improve on there delivery and impliment a double check system. Asked for no sausage or ham in this breakfast burrito, had to do it myself."

"Food 5/5: Nothing was wrong with the food. Pretty standard jack in the box. Service 4/5: We had a fairly long order for 4 people around 2am. We got the food and noticed 2 sandwiches were missing so had to go back through the drive-through. We weren't charged for them, so we ordered the missing sandwiches and left with no issue. Atmosphere 5/5: The lot and surrounding area was clean. I'd go back."
