Subway

"I placed a mobile order on my drive back to Boise and stop here to pick it up. They had not made it yet as they didn’t have the bread, tomatoes or black olives that I ordered as well as the flavor of cookies I ordered. When it was finally made, I asked if I could have a bag of chips since my order was not ready and they were out of so many portions of it. The person in charge said she could not comp be one bag of chips. As someone that has worked in the food industry in the past, I thought this was poor service, not to make an accommodation to someone they cannot fulfill their complete order. This is a pass through spot that I usually stop at on my way to the Tri-Cities, I will now use a different subway."

"Rudest service ever went in rang bell twice 2nd time she came out with a attitude then only offered cheddar white bread when there was other bread in front of us to see… other workers gave us the bread. She was rude. All I wanted on my birthday was a damn sandwich and got attitude sorry for the inconvenience!"

"After driving all day, I was extremely hungry and excited to get a sub! I arrived 30 minutes before closing, but was only told "we close in a few minutes". I waiting for 5 minutes, and was completely ignored the entire time. Extremely unfortunate, and I highly suggest that the employee finds a more suitable job!"

"Extremely rude and unprofessional, wouldn't accomodate to simple changes such as a piece bread that was falling apart. I had noticed the bread was falling apart and after asking over three times if it could be changed, Alexas stared blankly at me asking why over and over saying she already placed the meat. After awhile it was changed but then when I asked for salt she dumped a huge amount on it. It was too the point my lips started tingling and drying up. Overall might be a good location but Alexas was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I'd be careful if you see this individual on the quality of food."

"Very disappointed in the customer serv my family & I received this evening, we walked in & noticed a young lady was labeling the items she was handing, given I work in customer service and greeting and acknowledging a customer is fundamental, anyhow we waited respectfully for her availability to do so,we announced a few times we were ready with no acknowledgement from the young lady, we asked the clerks if there was someone available to take our order they mentioned she could, at which time ahe said she was waiting for us & that we should of rang the bell that was located on the counter in front of her. Anyways we walked out without anything and very dissatisfied"
