"Been going here since I got my braces on 7 years ago, spent 5 of which with these lovely people! Had Esme the entire time and she did amazing! The front ladies constantly made me feel welcome, to the point I didn't even have to check in anymore since they knew me by name! The whole team worked hard to help me get my braces off today and I can't thank anyone enough!! Easily best orthodontist around! These people made what should've been a miserable time, a fun and relatively enjoyable experience. Thankful I was lucky enough to be able to spend as much time as I did with these amazing people!"

"We had a great experience! My daughter had a 1st phase at our hometown prior to moving. The 2nd stage was easy. We bought the Lightforce braces which were barely noticeable and within a year she had them off. The orthodontist assistants were great especially Esmeralda! We loved her! We didn't see Dr. Brown as primary but everytime she was there on our days, she always had a smile and a hello for us as she went on her way to see her patients. Dr. Saito was our primary Orthodontist and she was cordial enough but seemed very uninterested in hearing what we had to say or even saying hi. The front desk staff are amazing and very accomodating! "Hands down the best around! I have had a complex situation with my teeth, and was not excited about getting braces as an adult. Not only has the office staff been wonderful but Dr. Saito has gone above and beyond to help facilitate the best care, working with the other doctors involved in my situation to make sure things got done in a timely manner. I don’t know what I would have done without the exceptional care and compassion offered by Dr. Saito and her wonderful staff! Do yourself a favor and choose the best for your orthodontist needs."

"My husband had to cut my daughter's braces' wire with his tools from his garage several times. It was 1 inch long, one time he measured. He was complaining about this. It is for our daughter. I talked to them. It seemed like their baseline of service. During 2 years of treatment, Dr. Brown came in person a few time. Last 2 times to advise to remove my daughter's braces. Rest of the time was her dental assistants. People from her office are friendly and efficient for this reason 2 stars. Also, If a bracket come off and you call to make appointment. They did not want to take my daughter in They said I had to wait 1 month. However, my first appointment They were friendly. Then, later after they got our contract agreement signed. They would treat my daughter the way I mentioned. I would not recommend this place."
