"Had an aftermarket exhaust installed. After install it rattled. They broke one of the hangers and used electrical tape to try to cover it up. Installed it incorrectly which left exhaust leaks. Would not recommend."

Our car broke down while on vacation out of state and other mechanics weren't able to look at the vehicle for weeks, but Tavis stayed late and looked at it personally to find the issue. Unfortunately it was a broken timing chain with metal fragments in the engine, so it wasn't going to be a quick fix, but he found a new engine and was able to get back to me with a quote and time estimate in less than 24hrs of getting the vehicle from the tow company. Since we were so far from home and didn't have time to wait for the repair we ended up buying "new" but if it wasn't for Tavis and his crew we would've been stuck so much longer with no clues.
