Unfortunately it was a broken timing chain with metal fragments in the engine, so it wasn't going to be a quick fix, but he found a new engine and was able to get back to me with a quote and time estimate in less than 24hrs of getting the vehicle from the tow company. Since we were so far from home and didn't have time to wait for the repair we ended up buying "new" but if it wasn't for Tavis and his crew we would've been stuck so much longer with no clues.
