"CARLOS WAS ABSOLUTELY AN ANGEL. All online sources said they close at 10:00 pm, however they actually close at 9:30. Our bus full of students ordered ahead around 9:00 about 20 sandwiches and it turned out there was only one guy there. He ended up staying over an our late to make our sandwiches and was so nice about it. Carlos needs a raise."
"Whoever owns this subway seemingly refuses to staff the restaurant correctly. One single person working Saturday at noon is a recipe for disaster. I have to imagine the staff are completely overwhelmed and stressed. They’re doing their best but it is impossible to keep up being so understaffed. Every time I order from here it’s at least 15-20 minutes late. Won’t be going here anymore."
