"Was curious and finally tried Dave's Hot Chicken. I can handle spice well so I immediately went for Reaper. Finally-- some legit spicy chicken in Salem (besides iWingz). The spice coating was a little uneven but there's no mistaking the Reaper. It fit my spice needs as well as having a really wonderful flavor and not just being all Reaper. If you're a spice lover like me then Reaper may be for you. I paired it with the mac and cheese and it was a nice balance between the mild savory cheese and the spicy tenders. I also got a small Oreo shake that was supposed to be chocolate but was vanilla. Checked the receipt to be on the safe side and it definitely said chocolate. Not a huge deal as I was in it for the spice. The shake wasn't *bad,* but I probably won't get a shake next time as the quality was not commensurate with the price."

"At first I wasn't sure. It just looks so different on the outside. But I always want to give a new place a chance. I'm glad I did. The chicken was very tasty and what they call a slider is like a regular size sandwich. I could barely finish two sliders. Fries weren't greasy at all. Had nice flavor. The chicken was thick and flavorful with a nice crispy outside tender and moist inside. Even the pickles tasted fresh. I usually don't eat pickles but I enjoyed it. The The chocolate shake was meh. I'd rather have a blizzard. But definitely the chicken is delicious and the fries and next time we'll try the knot. The chicken cauliflower sliders"

"Chicken was juicy! Flavor was amazing! Heat on the hot option was a perfect combination of heat and flavor! This place is always packed for good reason! Will definitely be back soon!"

"First time coming here, it definitely gets busy really fast. I arrived right when they opened, and by the time I was done eating, the lobby was full and a line had formed. Got the slider and fries combo, mild heat level. The chicken was very good, love the seasoning and juicy tender texture. Fries with Dave's sauce are also very good. I'm typically not a chicken sandwich guy, but this is one place I'll come back to again."

"We’ve been meaning to check this spot out since they open. It’s a busy spot, service available through drive thru and dine-in, there’s also a spot for outdoor seating, we haven’t used their other options. There’s nice graffiti all around and the pop of color is inviting. Their menu is very straight forward. We had 2 sliders and substituted the fries for mac n cheese, and two tenders with fries. You get to pick your level of heat. I certainly can handle heat but we tried some mild and hot, maybe next time we’ll take it up a notch. Service is pretty good, very friendly and attentive staff. The place stayed clean although this is a busy location. Staff are consistent with cleaning the tables and areas. Food was delicious and the portion size was more than enough, we ended up getting a to go box since we couldn’t finish our meals. The sliders were decent size, juicy tasty tenders with kale coleslaw added and a special sauce, fries well seasoned, Mac n cheese was extra creamy. Everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend."
