"Worst experience with staff and food I've had in years. Got the wrong food, had to drive across town to get my order correct, then find out that the other entree is missing the Pico and guacamole. Besides wasting my time and gas to drive back over. The staff member argued with me about it being included..... it's advertised online as coming with it. The same order the last 10x has come with it. The staff member then made me pay for it a second time to get what was supposed to be included the first time. And to top it all off the chili relleno was the worst tasting pile of slop I've ever had. So as a result of horrible service, wrong food, and a complete unwillingness to do the right thing when this store screwed up... we will never return"
"The first time I ordered from Victorico's was through Uber. I had never been there before, so I took a shot. It was amazingly yummy, and packaged very well. I had pictured this place as a really nice restaurant from the quality food, and the way they packed it. I also Door Dash part time, and that's when I got to visit Victorico's for the first time. It wasn't quite what I had pictured. Nothing at all bad, but I certainly wasn't expecting to see a drive through. Nor had I thought that it would be such a small place. They have however, done an excellent job at using that space to their advantage, and maintain it very well. The outside has really colorful neon signs that highlight the place very well. I have poor eyesight and I could see exactly where it was from a good distance when going there. It was super clean on the inside and they seemed to be very quick and organized. Also they are very nice people and have good customer service. Ok, one last, Very Important thing. This is the most important thing I have to say about this place and it's the number 1 reason that I will keep going back to eat there.... Their red sauce is Soo hot it's almost unbearable !! Wow, not only my mouth and lips, but my whole damn face felt like it was on fire... Normally I wouldn't go for sauce that hot. This sauce however, is so friggin delicious, I seriously don't care if my entire face were to melt off of my head, .. I will still keep on eating it!! It is, by far, the best red sauce I have ever eaten in my life!! This is not an exaggeration, it truly is that good!! Try it! Even if you don't like your food spicy, try it!!! You'll make an exception for this sauce, guaranteed."
"Quality AND quantity have gone down. Prices have gone up significantly. They are stingy with their meat now and the food taste like it's lower quality food. Their rolled tacos have been chewy the past 3 times I got them. The breakfast burritos barely have meat. Mostly potatoes. They limit the sauces you get and can only get about 2 small ones per order. They did have good pozole when they had it a while back."
"Worst fast food I've ever had. Meat was dry and chewy. Lots of gristle. So gross. Everything is extremely bland. Should tell you everything you need to know when there are 2 tacos trucks in the same parking lot, taking all their business."
"It's average food but it's overpriced for what you get. I did try to enjoy them but they continue to ignore my requests for no guacamole (I have an avocado food allergy and it has caused me great pain). This last time they snuck it under the cheese and beans even though I requested no guac. If anyone else has food allergies make sure you check your food before driving off if you are picking up or drive through."
