"The people that work there are very friendly and nice. The amount of food did you get for the price is very reasonable. I would have given five stars except for the fact that the food was given to me cold. Which I don't understand considering they make it fresh how it could have been handed to me cold not even warm. Cold Burger and fries is not appealing"

"When the food was ready, one of the 4 cooks brought us our order. All the cooks and the cashier are nice and you can tell the guys are working hard in excellence making the food to perfection. It’s ALWAYS good and so is the customer service. This is the only Nancy Jos I eat at now!"

"Really well seasoned tasty burger that stands on its own and is not hidden by fixings. The secret/mystery sauce was and is still a mystery as it was basically flavorless and added nothing to the burger I got. Fries were well cooked, seasoned, and crispy. Service was outstanding at the time I went. Still feels like you're eating in a dive bar, and I personally would order to go from now on, but the burgers were tops!"

"I hate how much this restaurant has gone downhill. I used to love ordering it for convenience because you can order online and it is supposed to be ready at the time you set. This is no longer the case. The last few times I have ordered online, hours in advance, they do not have the order ready when I show up to grab it. They then act incredibly inconvenienced. This last time I ordered around 2 pm for a 4:30 pickup and then had to wait until 5 at the store to leave with my food. The guy made excuses that they were busy but there was hardly anyone inside and they had other online orders ready before mine even though I was the only one waiting. This is insane, do not offer online ordering for specific times if you cannot accommodate that. My Cajun fries also always only have seasoning on the top layer. The burger patty was significantly smaller and more like a hockey puck than it used to be."

"This place is so good. Stopped here for lunch. Was deciding between here and In-n-Out and I’m so glad I came here. Burgers are 10x better as well as their home made fries. The secret sauce is bomb!!!! I ordered a double bacon burger, fries, and drink and was only $12. Food was plentiful. Highly recommend!! Will be back!!!"
