"I work next door and the food isn’t bad. What you expect with cheap food but at least unlock your doors if you’re clearly open. Lady looked at us for a solid 5 minutes while we were knocking on the door. And this wasn’t just barely open l, it was 8:25am when they’re open at 7am."

"Ever since this place has reopened it has gone completely downhill. The employees are always unhappy, rude, grumpy and pissy about how much sauce you can have with each order. The gal today was snotty with me about wanting 4 green sauces and 1 red one with my order, and said I'd have to be charged. When I asked how much-- she said it would be 25 cents. Really? All that over a quarter? RIDICULOUS. They lost my service as of today. Bu- BYE!"

"This used to be one of my favorite Burrito Boys in Eugene, now it’s really gone down hill. Tonight 11/4/23 I was ordering a “build your own burrito” and was interrupted and asked “What do you not want on it?” I was not sure if they got the first couple ingredients I already named off. I was not sure what all there was that I should say I do not want. It was very unusual. I of course did not get what I wanted/ always order and it also came with cilantro, which tastes like soap. The car in front of me drove off before receiving their order as well. Whoever works Saturday evenings is definitely making you lose customers."

"I've only done the drive through but wasn't sure if it would lower the rating if blank. The food is very good. My favorite are the fish tacos. 2 of them fill me up. They also sell the glass cokes ( cane sugar)! Staff has always been busy but still cheerful. .highly recommend!"
